Why are we actually idolising the Sun? And why does its absence make us feel dejected? The time of the sun cult is essentially history – meaning a form of religion or honouring, like for example the ancient Greeks practised this with their sun god Helios. Nevertheless, a big part still remains today: Sun is life. This is a difficult fact to withdraw from. And even from the Moon, nothing other glares at us, than the reflection of sunlight. Try it yourself: sunbathing in the full moon light!
