Full moon is on Wednesday the 15th and a total lunar eclipse occurring simultaneously. In the early days, this used to be a greatly feared event, because the darkening of light was interpreted as the end of the world. We may smile about it this today, but if we look at the hysteria around the year of 2012 and the misinterpretations of the Maya calendars (or the movies from Hollywood about the apocalypse) not much appears to have changed. Fear is a lucrative business. Let's reflect instead, on our responsibility that we carry for our wonderful Earth and let us use the force of love in our hearts for creating a future that is worth living for.
